At Cyrosure, we have a specialized department whose responsibility
is to handle and resolve issues that arise from the growing
menace of street urchins, restive youths and local militia
groups as it relates to the safety of life and property and
disruption of work progress on the related project.
Our community personnel included SPY police personnel who have
very extensive experience in community relations and can be trusted
to resolve contentions and settle claims amicably (where necessary)
in the shortest possible time.
CYROSURE GLOBAL LIMITED clients can therefore be rest assured
that proactive action will be taken on any project to curb or
forestall any delays or insecurities that might arise from community
demands or interruptions. These remedial measures will however
be within the limit of reasonable demands that can be accomodated
by Cyrosure; major demands from community will be handled by
the client.
CYROSURE GLOBAL LIMITED is not unaware of her social responsibility
to the community, her environs and the nation at large. Apart
from the EIA that is carried out as a matter of policy before
every project is executed, CYROSURE GLOBAL LIMITED ensures the
engagement of the local workforce on each project except when
the area of specialization is alien to the available workmen.
Local suppliers are encouraged to supply less specialized material
and equipment for use on every project, while monetary or material
inducement can be provided to enhance the cooperation of the
local community leaders.
CYROSURE GLOBAL LIMITED has conceptualized
a novel modus operandi in Nigeria in which we intend to contribute
some social amenity to the prevailing host community as part
of the benefit that would be considered to have accrued to the
company from the execution of any project within that particular
community.
